Got in late, and the front desk recommended switching rooms to accommodate me (single female) to a closer room, so I wouldn’t have to go as far. Pretty sure he knew it had been a day. Rooms, while not new, were remarkably clean. They would have passed the white glove test. Only downside is breakfast was cleaned up promptly at 930 on Saturday morning, which I didn’t realize during my zombie mode check in as someone who had gotten in at almost 2. However, I was lucky to get a cup of coffee. A little later ran breakfast (even if it’s just fruit, or yogurts) would have been terrific, especially on a weekend. It’s not the end of the world, I lived. Would stay there again as it’s extremely close to the airport. Silver lining— missing breakfast cut off allowed me to stroll with my quickly acquired coffee to enjoy the beautiful array of hydrangeas around the entry and walk way in. So beautiful!

I booked my room later at night as I had gotten into Roanoke late, I called the hotel to see if they were able to let me check in now instead of the typical 3 pm that day (this was around 3-4 am that I called) and the night person allowed me to come on in so I wouldn't have to sit in my vehicle all night waiting, which I thought was just wonderful. If you travel at night then you probably know how rare it is to find a hotel that will let you check into a room in the middle of night. This and their large breakfast setup are the reasons they have kept me as a returning customer. Good job Quality Inn!

We stayed for 3 nights, no room service. The area is poor. The smell of weed is everywhere. I could be wrong, but there seemed to be girls "working" from some rooms. The bath tub wasn't in service (no stopper) and the shower head wasn't working properly. If it cost the same as a dive motel then fair enough, you get what you pay for. But this isn't a cheap hotel. There are FAR better options and Expedia should remove it as a suggested option.

Overall the hotel was ok, My room was on the backside of the hotel and the the directions weren't very clear. Room itself was nice, bed was super comfortable! Downside to the room, was the mirror placement, seems strange but the light from the window bounced off it and hit directly where I was laying in the bed. Also the the vent in the bathroom was covered in dust and looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in months! The shower faucet popped off right in the middle of my shower so I wasn't able to finish. Definitely could use maintenance,, staff was notified and was receptive.
