From the moment we walked in to check on & everyone we had to talk to or even when we went ask something, everyone acted like we were disturbing them & really didn't want ud to bother them. Thats from the desk to the players vointer even getting our cards. Even at the tables. Very disappointed. In our room the lights in the bathroom had dust buildup that looked like they haven't been cleaned in a year or so. It was very hot in the hall & room. Carport felt nasty. We were going to stop & stay on our way back thru but after that experience we went somewhere else. The staff needs to be more personable & not act like they dont want us there. Even when we were checking out, they wouldn't even let us use a cart for our stuff. They said we had to use a bellman, so we carried all our stuff out by hand. The staff was very unpleasant.

I liked the room my wife and I stayed in but it could have used more lighting and a microwave, when staying at this hotel you have to rent one, it doesn't come standard with the room. After checking in I asked for a cart to bring in the luggage, I was prepared to bring it in myself only to be told a bell man had to help and by the way the bell man became upset because I already had parked my car and I was no longer at the front or rear entrance. The dining options are very limited with minimal staffing, we tried to have dinner at the Guy Fieri restaurant but after waiting 15 minutes to be seated , once seated after 20 minutes no one took our order we left, we were able to have dinner at the steak house, the food and the service was great. This was my second time staying at this hotel once in approximately 2018 and this year, I would have to say my previous stay was better. There's definitely room for improvement.

It’s is a decent place. Hotel is very dated it needs upgrades. Staff was very pleasent that worked at hotel. Casino 2 out 10 staff was not friendly and was dingy. The restaurants had a few selections i opted for Guy Fieres place. Because it was 10 out 10 in LAS VEGAS but was a 1 out 10 in Tunica. Staff was not nice. Bar didn’t have anything but 1 choice on draft and bottled beer no cocktails, because the bar tender was just being LAZY. Guy your restaurant in TUNICA IS HORRID!!!!

Updated rooms are nice. Still lack paint here and there but a huge step in the right direction. It’s the only poker room in town so been coming here for years. Caesers is known for not being clean but this time is different. Hope whatever changed stays around.

The outdoor pool was completely closed and did not have any water in it. My dining and casino experience was very nice.

I lost a lot of money. Slots did to pay off anything. We stayed there for five dAYS. ROOM WAS NEVER CLEANED. The headboard was very dusty when we got there. Trash was never emptied. We had to call housekeeping for towels and finally helped ourselves to toilet paper and paper cups. At the price we paid, we should have gotten better service.
