It’s much more amazing than expected. For the price I pay I think this is hidden gem. Amazing location (clost to the mall and restaurants and safe), clean and spacious room, not very updated but well functional swiming pool and hot tub, hot breakfast! We loved everything!!

The woman who checked us in was very kind and thoughtful. Our room is sparkling clean. This is such a nice hotel for a staycation. There’s a new Japanese restaurant in the same parking lot as our hotel and we look forward to trying it for lunch tomorrow.

This was a horrible stay. The suite we got placed in was the wrong room, we finally got put into the right room and that room was not good. One of those things was not working. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on there was a party going on the suite next to us with loud music all night. We tried to call the front desk and no one answered. The reception staff was rude, at every interaction we had up to check out

The hotel is old, very worn, and furnished with barely functional furniture and fixtures. The bathroom was clean but the fan was noisy. TV reception was iffy at best. Breakfast was just barely adequate.

The property was very clean with staff greeting you as you walk into the hotel and very informative and directed you with everything to know. The room was spacious and very nice, the mattresses are really comfortable even the pull out couch. McDonald’s is a 1 min walk just outside the property which was fantastic and they had free breakfast which was good and lots of options. Free tea and coffee 24/7 and a little shop with soda, frozen dinners and snacks ice cream and snacks. The pool was a nice temperature and clean along with the spa the water wasn’t as hot but still nice to be in and relax.

It was close to the Eastview Mall and restaurants. Handy to ice rinks in the area to watch kids hockey tournaments. Will use again in the future.

Nothing unique, however the staff was very pleasent, although they were limited, had to get extra beddi g and towels from the front lobby. Place was clean and food options were decent for breakfast. Overrall not bad.
