The check in was horrible. I paid for the room ahead of time and when we got there they said there was a problem with our reservation. We had to contact Hotels.com which I did and they contacted the hotel and gave them a phone number for them to call to get it figured out. The guy at the front put the responsibility on me. I called and finally got through and got checked in 45 minutes after. Very poor management

Has a long way to go to be a proper hotel. Didn’t have basic necessity product like soaps, shampoo, etc. It says breakfast included and when we arrived they didn’t have. Door card give a lot of trouble we have to change it 3 times. Bad smell in the lobby from mopping. Dirty sheets, definitely not staying again.

Not bad for being under renovations
The hotel was under construction / renovations so some things were a bit off. I have no idea what the breakfast would have been. The room was clean, had newer furnishings and such. The window had a piece on the sill so wondered how that would go, but weather was nice. People were mostly quiet and the bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

Hotel appeared to be in the midst of a remodel, so cutting it a break. Part of Rome looked redone and other parts were very old and outdated. Bathroom clean and newer but missing toilet paper holder and sink clogged. The thermostat did not work and the filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in 10 years-disgusting. No clicker for the tv-asked front desk for new one and they couldn’t get one that worked. Was there only few hours and was cheap. Bedding and towels were clean.

Disappointed with Service
We recently stayed at the facility for family weekend visiting our daughter at college. I understand the facility was undergoing a renovation but they were not ready to receive guest. Our room was awkward and tight for two (2) queen beds. It included tight shelves, which I assume you put in place of a dresser, and no closet. The ironing board was tucked away leaning against the wall by the bed...I guess there was no where else to put it. The floor was dirty like mud was tracked across. The shower did not drain and we had to wait 10-12 minutes between showers to get clean. There were no hanging racks at all in the bathroom so things had to be draped over the shelving or the door. There wasn't even a toilet paper holder...really. When I book rooms I always check to ensure breakfast is included. Seeing that this place was under renovation I asked the front desk attendant if it would still be served...he said yes but it would not be a hot breakfast. We woke up at 7:00am and they told us they did not offer anything, sorry. They didn't even try to accommodate any away. There was no coffee pots in the room so we ended up spending more than anticipated. The vending machines were more than half empty (the soda machine was completely empty).

Unfortunately there was a renovation going on; my room wasn’t complete, but manageable for my stay since other places were booked in area. No breakfast, water was iffy in room, and noisy - doors slamming throughout nights. No notice of this online when booking

There were no blankets on the bed or in the room, just a sheet and a sheet-weight coverlet. The room was quiet until 2 am when a group of people were walking/running up and down the hall talking loudly and yelling.

This location may be in the middle of remodeling. Walking in, you are hit with the smell of weed and bleach. The towels and pillow cases were dirty. Pillow cases had not been changed from previous customer. They were covered in makeup. The floor of the shower was very dirty. Brown water came out of the faucet every time we turned it on. The 3am fight between a male and female next door woke us up (me and my 4 yr old) front desk took their time to address it. Overall, not a good experience and will never stay there again or any other wyndham.

I expected more parking spaces, I had to park my car outside the area. The bedsheet was dirty, they had blood stain on it, the pillow was disgusting, the water sink was yellow, there was a wall dent, the bathroom didn’t have toilet paper. I do not recommend going there for 260 dollar, I deserve better than that.

We were charged 20$ for early arrival, we arrived at 2pm and check in is at 3pm We asked for a late. Checkout of 12 pm and had to negotiate a time of 1130 am We were supposed to get a free breakfast but they are doing renovations and no compensation offered We asked for an extra pillow and were told it would be brought to room because they were busy, nobody was there, An hour later we went again and clerk walked 20 feet and opened a door and came out with a pillow how come could not have done that on first approach On check in 18 oct 24 the staff were cold and poorly dressed ,no smiles, no interaction with guests They need customer service skills, it seemed like we were a pain in the ass to them The room was small as it recently converted from Microtel to Baymont but we didn’t get breakfast and staff was subpar The room had a hole in wall by the door which I advised th3 clerk about because I didn’t want to be blamed, a pot light was hanging low, the wall thermostat was not connected This place needs some work as does the staff as far as customer service We got better and more polite service at Tim Hortons drive thru next door I don’t recommend this place to stay
