Goldilocks hotel. Just right.

When we went into our room, there were a bunch of dead bugs on the heater, and some alive ones on the ceiling. That room (room 421) was either not properly clean, or it had not been used in a while. I called the front desk, and I was told that the bugs were seasonal; seasonal or not, I hate bugs, alive or dead, and the staff should have checked the room for cleanliness. Also, I found several cracks in the ceiling and walls. The front desk gave us another room, but we won't stay at this hotel ever again!
