The Super 8 was gross. Had stuff on the mirror. Dried pee on the bottom of the toilet. Some kind of huge yellow stain on the mattress. Was overall the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

My bathroom door wouldn't close. There was no additional lock or chain on the hotel room door. The door rattled when other people open their doors, the hallway was too loud.

The person who work in the dinning area at breakfast need to change his gloves regular because he touches everything with the same gloves and i observed this for 5 minutes and he dont change the gloves. Thats nasty because gloves get dirty as u touch 1 thing /cross contamination.

Underwhelming Stay
Checking in and out was smooth, unfortunately the room itself was underwhelming. Floors were not swept and mopped. Housekeeping never replenished towels. Housekeeping only cleaned the room once after I requested daily housekeeping. Windows throughout the business were dirty as well as the many enter/exit points. That being said, entry was controlled and monitored so from a safety point it was good. Better housekeeping and modern updates would improve the experience.

The room smelled stale, the bathroom smelled like old urine, my TV didn't work, I cleaned bacon off the floor, there was garbage in the stairwell for days, there was bags of takeout food garbage in the halls all day, the locks on the side doors were broken leaving the opportunity for anyone to come in, no sugar, no coffee lids, people sleeping in the lobby, rudeness at the front desk, rudeness to a Vet with his support animal, hair in the bed. And when I asked for an extra pillow, the gentleman took one out from what looked like a garbage room with no pillowcase and gave it a couple of slaps and attempted to hand it to me. Lastly, upon check out, the woman barely acknowledged my presence if I hadn't addressed her first. If I didn't have to waste a good part of the day being on hold to get a refund from Wyndham themselves, I absolutely would. Even the 6.4 out of 10 as far as reviews is concerned is laughable. Almost forgot all the mattresses strewn in the parking lot
