Very dated property. The carpet had stains on it and a lot of the furniture didn’t match. It was a very clean room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ocean view was amazing, we could see the twin rocks from our balcony! Just seemed like an old place, especially for the rate we were charged. Our electricity went out for a while and we could hear the other guests through the ceiling and walls. Bring earplugs. Overall… it was just an average place to stay.

This is an older property but very well maintained. Great staff and view of Ocean is exceptional. Near Tillamook Creamery which is great. We hope to stay here again and you should too if in Rockaway Beach.

(I have pictures of all issues listed) Door inside in bad condition & no safety bolt Very musty smell Torn dirty carpet in dining area, living room, bedroom to bathroom (very unsafe as I walk with cane) Mold in both bathrooms shower, tub, ceiling Locks on the sliding door both broken only the bar across works Outdoor plastic chairs were filthy No kitchen dishwasher I would never stay there again!! Definitely NOT a 3 Star hotel!!

The location is great and view of the beach is excellent. The furniture, carpets, and bathrooms are old and smell like pets. Some of the furniture feels dirty. The small kitchen was great with basic tools. The accessibility to the beach is great. This is our first stay here so I’m not sure if I would come back due to the smell and the furniture. Our room had two full baths which would be nice if we had more than two people. The bed in the bedroom was creaky so that disrupted our sleep. The carpet is damaged in multiple places. The tv was small but had Samsung TV available. One bathroom looks like it has extensive water damage in the past. We were on the bottom floor with the patio and beach access which we liked. We could hear guests above us and outside but it wasn’t disruptive.

Love the spaciousness and waking up the beach. Can walk to coffee or dinner. Historic steam train goes by which our kids loved!
