The front security did not lock and even if it did it had no screen. We felt unsafe and reception not available at 8pm when we realised.fridge broken. Air-conditioning dials missing. Bathroom still had hair in it. Cupboard door missing indicative of the general state of disrepair. We arrived late and quickly went out for dinner. Got back around 8pm and wanted to leave and felt unsafe. Only stay here if nothing else at all is available anywhere else within Rockhampton

Room was fine. Didn’t sleep that much due to other guests. There was fighting and screaming ongoing in the night. Go quiet for a bit then someone would kick the door really loudly and they would continue yelling. They set off a car alarm at one point as well.

The only thing you really need in a room is a comfy bed, well this was not the case. Had a terrible sleep and have a big days drive ahead of us :(

This place looks nothing like the pictures, I would highly recommend you don't stay here with your family, there are crackheads all throughout the place all off their heads, took my son to have a swim in the arvo and there were syringes in the garden around the pool, the whole place is a dive, I was so glad to get out of there, The other people we travelled with had a room across from ours and were kept up all night with the junkies trashing there rooms and arguing with each other all night! I don't know how this motel gets its high stars and is allowed to advertise like its beautiful place!!

This motel should be demolished. The state of the room was disgusting, from old food left under furniture, mould on doors and walls, the vomit soaked tea towel under the sink, non functioning air con, fitting falling off hole filled walls. This is by far the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Tried to see management but the front office was locked whenever I tried. Sleep in your car before staying here.

Whilst The rooms were in the middle of being done up they were tidy, large, well equipped and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were terrible rains and flooding occurred and they did their best to clear it. We however had some difficulties with other guests talking loudly and smoking ourside our window under the "NO SMOKING SIGN" early in morning and late at night. We were unable to open doors or windows for fresh air

Unfortunately this motel was not at all as the pictures show. It is tired, very basic and did not offer the bed configuration as promised online and via the booking request. Would not recommend and will not stay here again.

The smoke alarms was removed no hair dryer, the floor felt dirty, no blankets on bed on blanket in cupboard but was dirty, not plates, only 1 teaspoon microwave was very uneven, the motel needs to be investigated

Very disappointed in general. The place is not maintained and cleaned well at all. Front entrance to apartment was covered in dirt and leaves. Everything was dusty, dirty, outdated, somewhat broken and not working properly. I had to ask for a broom to sweep the front area. Hot water stopped working both days mid-shower. I definitely will not stay again.
