The room was fine, but it would have been nice if either Expedia or one of the customers would have mentioned that the hotel is under HEAVY construction. We would have stayed somewhere else for sure.. It looked terrible and had construction mess everywhere inside and out.

Overall this was a great overnight stop on our trip. Very convenient to I95 and easy to get to. Room was clean and breakfast was nice.... things we appreciate on an overnight stop. It would have been nice to have been notified about the construction happening to the outside of the building. We didn't arrive until after midnight due to changes in our travel schedule (which I called ahead to let them know) so it was very startling when we were woken up to banging on the exterior wall of our room before 8 am. I asked at checkout if they were supposed to be informing quests at check in and she said they were not. This wouldn't keep me from staying again as the construction won't last forever but just a heads up that it's happening now.

Just nasty all around

The lady at the first desk the morning of my check in on 02.15.2025 was awful. She was nasty and unfriendly. Beds were hard, and there were roaches everywhere. It was just a nasty experience.

We ended up asking for our money back after checking in bc the room they gave us had an odor, was terribly worn, the bed looked lumpy, and it was dirty. They didn’t even have a toilet paper holder in the bathroom, the paper was just on the toilet cover. They showed us another room, but that was worse and the tv was falling apart. I really don’t understand how this was given the rating it was given bc that was the only reason I booked there. We were exhausted after driving over 11 hours and thank God there was another hotel available across the street. I will never book again with Expedia.

Its not far from my daily destination. Good location. Great price for the amenities. BUT I've stayed here many nights since July 2024 and have on several occasions seen German cockroaches. Usually I go somewhere else for a while then give it another shot. I think I'm done. I've got a years worth of hotel stays coming up and I don't want to worry about bringing unwanted guests back home with me. Get your roach situation fixed and I'll reconsider.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Had difficulty getting TV to work and there was only 1 staff on duty and couldn’t leave the front desk to help. However, my husband went to the front desk and the instructions she gave allowed us to get TV channels.

Property is undergoing renovation yet provided every need we requested. Our tv did not work and we were promptly moved to another room. It was a very quiet area. The construction work did not disturb us. The room is very spacious.
