Excellent staff

The staff at check in and the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t enjoy that many hockey families were staying and had a loud party that went on for 5 hours across from our room. The staff were understanding about it, but I don’t feel it’s appropriate for hockey families to play drinking games with the hotel room wide open and people drinking in the hallways. Every time I went to our room, we had to ask for people excuse us to get to our door. I know this isn’t the hotel staff’s fault, but it seems to be a problem at every hotel we stay at during the winter months. They take over the pool area too.

Everything was good except when you want a non smoking and all you can smell from, I don’t know where is smoke was coming in from it was not nice. Second night was worse and my nose was running because of it is unexceptable
