Magical. But please be aware there is no signage so look for street address to locate the entrance. Walkable from the train station and all landmarks.

I had a really comfortable stay at this hotel from start to finish, everything was first class, the shower was awesome, i also like the idea of the breakfast left outside the room in a basket was very yummy, the 12 minutes walk from the train station to the hotel was also a plus point and also everywhere was within walking distance for me the english tourist in Rome

The hotel is located within a Condo building and can be a bit tricky to locate. The room its self was great, decent size and overall pretty clean. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in the lobby area because the rooms are all on the same floor as the reception. It can be pretty loud when people are checking out. Another hotel in the building was also having an event and the music was so loud that our room sounded like a club, luckily this stopped around 11pm.

Friendly staff that spoke good English, answered all of our questions. Free wine. We borrowed umbrellas for the rain. Nice neighborhood, seems safe. Clean hotel room. Nice breakfast pastries and stocked mini fridge daily. Would highly recommend. We thought that Simon was awesome and helpful! Martina was very nice too!

Martina who checked us in was extremely helpful and the location is handy for exploring the key sites. The lift is teeny but part of the apartment building’s charm. You feel like you are living a little as a local in the heart of Roma. Molto bene! We are returning to Rome in a few weeks’ time but sadly the Aenea is fully booked. We would happily stay here again.

Nice staff, room as advertised. We had a triple room for 2 people which was a great decision. So much room for our things on the extra bed. Yummy little pastries each morning with Nespresso machine and juice/yogurt. You can save a bit of money/stress this way but there are good cafes nearby if you prefer an authentic experience. If you're good at walking then it's walking distance to a lot of Rome highlights, we didn't use any transit.

It was a really nice apartment with kind and friendly staff. Location was great for us, close to the Termini train station and easy access to transportation, yet in a quiet neighborhood. They provided a great breakfast as well. We would stay there again.
