Check in was delayed. Very good price for the location and facilities. Our bed and mini-fridge very nosiy and squeaky. Great connections to the rest of the city with the metro within 5 minutes and the vatican also within 5 minutes.

You pay for what you get. Cheap cheerful accommodation. Property was clean and located close to the Vatican. States on the description to message host before departure, messaged host 48 and 24 hours ahead of departure with no response. Received acknowledgement of my messages when we had arrived at the property. Check in was quick and simple. Accomadation was perfect for our needs, a place to sleep whilst we explored the city. Don't bother with the breakfast if you can call it that.

They cancelled my triple room as I was at the Rome airport saying they had a broken pipe. They told me I could have it the next day and I could either get a new accommodation through Expedia or they could give us a double room for free to make up for it. We took the double room (with one of my daughters sleeping on the floor) because we didn’t want the hassle of moving locations plus we had already figured out our transportation to the hotel. We saw another couple with a dog go into the room that supposedly had a broken pipe, so they didn’t tell us the truth. Good thing we got a room for free or we would have been very upset! Very disappointing as we had booked months ahead. Poor service! Great location - walking distance to the Vatican. Good breakfast.

This stay was fantastic for our family. Truly perfect location and everything we could have needed was available. Our host was so accommodating and such a huge help with airport transfers. Breakfasts were lovely. We would be delighted to return here again in the future and highly recommend!

We loved this place! the neighborhood was very walkable, food in the area was excellent. we loved the staff. they were friendly and responsive. We plan on going back to Italy next year and will stay here again!

Our room was in a great but very busy part of Vatican City. It was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see in the area and a transit ride away from the Colosseum. Litzia prepared a great breakfast and was cheerful and friendly. I’m not sure I would bring a car into this area again as parking is either incredibly difficult to find or very expensive! Otherwise great place to stay!
