Clean, modern, quiet, located at train station one stop from airport, affordable shuttle service, beside a large mall handy for food court & grocery store, otherwise hotel is beside a highway and train tracks.

No--frills but very clean.
This is a no-frills hotel near the airport and a mall. The room is very basic but large and very clean. There was a significant amount of confusion in the morning when the shuttle was due to leave--they needed more than 1 and not all the drivers spoke English. Also, there was confusion about where we were being dropped off and where we needed to go depending upon your airline. The mall was a nice diversion and had a supermarket/

Being honest, I liked the location only. The staff guy in my check in was a bit confused but the lady in my check out was helpful and very attentive. The hotel is new but it didn’t feel spotless. My bathroom had molde..I felt disgusted by it. Wouldn’t book it again.

Good things were a shopping mall and restaurants in easy walking distance. Just across the way. Also the Parco Leonardo train station was right there. I did not know how to use the train station and the employees did not seem well versed in that either. We only stayed to be close to the airport for 2 nights. Taxi drivers had a difficult time finding the hotel as it is new. The bed was comfortable for the most part. Asked for a second pillow and more towels. They were not real pleased it seemed to have to give out more. Room was set up very sparsely. Difficult to unpack your bags. No closet, bureau or good place to put on other than on the bed. The refrigerator was tucked under a desk in an awkward position to open. Light switches took some time getting used to. If you weren’t careful you shut off the outlet you were using to charge your electronics. Bathroom was a nice size, but it did have some mold in it. Overall it was okay. Breakfast was very nice! Had everything ! And snacks and drink were abundant in the lobby for purchase.

The proximity of the mall was great. The room was clean and property taken care of. The shuttle service to the airport was great. The pick up from airport is at Terminal 3. A black minivan that is unmarked but I think if you ask, the information desk could point it out. The drivers to return to the airport were knowledgeable and dropped off at the appropriate terminal and helpful. I would definitely stay there again for convenience.
