Hidden gem of a hotel

My wife and I passed a very enjoyable long (4 night) weekend here. First impressions were very good with the room appearing exactly as in the photos, the facilities were very comfortable clean and a wee could have asked for. We were coming at this from the point of view of a cheap weekend away so we're pleasantly surprised. Getting to Rome to see the sights was relatively easy. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel with a regular service to the local train station which takes about 5 mins then you are about 15mins from the centre with one change. The buffet breakfast was more than adequate and there are local shops and a very good restaurant within 10 mins walk of the hotel.

Great getaway for adults

The hotel has great service and excellent amenities. It is perfect for adults as there are great transport links, very easy to use and to get into the centre of Rome.

Klospülung hat nicht immer funktioniert. Badewanne war dreckig nach Benutzung der Drüsen.

Auf der Plus-Seite sind aufzuzählen: ich hatte ein sauberes, gut ausgestattetes Zimmer und das sehr nah gelegene Sportcenter ließen keine Wünsche offen. Negativ: das Frühstück in einem engen Kellerraum ohne Tageslicht empfand ich als eher schlecht (ungenießbare Brötchen, Obstsäfte, die ihren Namen nicht verdienten, dito die Rühreierpampe und die KaffeeKanne für Alle war auch öfters leer). Nur die süßen Hörnchen und der immer gleiche Obstsalat waren lecker. Und last but Not least: das Personal am Empfang war unflexibel und wenig aufmerksam bei gästewünschen. Vielleicht lag es aber auch daran, dass kaum einer englisch verstand. Diese beiden Punkte (Frühstück und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption) sowie die insgesamt doch sehr sehr enge Gesamtanlage empfand ich nicht passend zu den vermeintlichen 4-Sternen und den allgemein guten Bewertungen, die man so liest.

Top Sportanlagen inkl. Mehreren Tennisplätzen, Beach-Volley Platz, kleiner Kunstrasen, Innen- und Aussenpool, Fitness/ und Kraftraum, Group Fitness Angebote, Sauna, Wellness, etc. Nur Frühstück im Hotel. Restaurant im anliegenden Sportcener mit beschränkter Auswahl.

Erholsame Tage in Roo

Modernes Hotel am Stadtrand von Rom,schöne Zimmer,gutes Frühstück,kostenloser Parkplatz,Pool und Sportgeräte. Busstation direkt vor dem Hotel,mit umsteigen in die Metro 45Min. ins Zentrum.Kostet 1,50 € einfach.Nach Ostia 20km,Frascati 25km und nach Tivoli 35km unbedingt Villa Este besichtigen,ein Traum! Schwierig abends zum Essen zugehen in der Gegend außer dem Hotelrestaurant,nicht viel los.

Lomalla perheen kanssa

Viivyimme hotellissa 6 yötä. Huone oli siisti, ja siivous perusteellista joka päivä. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Uima-allas-alue oli varsin mukava ja sitä sai käyttää vielä lähtöpäivänä huoneen luovuttamisen jälkeenkin näin aika kului mukavasti iltalentoa odotellessa. Altaaseen ei saanut mennä ilman uimalakkia, tästä olisin toivonut saavani tiedon etukäteen. Hotellin lähistöllä ei ole paljoa palveluita, kuten kauppoja, ravintoloita tms. Hotelli sijaitsee myös melko syrjässä keskustasta ja useimmista nähtävyyksistä. Esimerkiksi keskustaan pääsi menemällä ensin paikallisbussilla metroasemalle ja sieltä metrolla eteenpäin.
