We recently stayed at Hotel Barocco in Rome, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was top-notch—every staff member was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made us feel valued as guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of major attractions (Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Barberini). One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast—absolutely superb! A wide variety of fresh pastries, delicious coffee and that excellent hot chocolate, and an excellent selection of local and international options made for the perfect start to my day. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome. Fantastic hospitality, a great location, and an amazing breakfast—what more could you ask for? We will definitely be returning! Very cute hotel. Stayed here with my wife. Right in the middle of all the amazing sights in Rome. Hotel room was very clean. Delicious breakfast service. Very nice and friendly staff, gave us directions on where to go and what to visit. Overall had an amazing experience here!

The staff was extremely nice and went out of the way to accommodate any thing we needed they made our reservations for the restaurants around there called a cab when you needed it and made us sack breakfast when we had to leave early to go on some tours and on my wife birthday they had a special breakfast for her the room are extremely nice

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is outstanding. Great, inexpensive shopping options are all within 2 blocks. There are three outstanding cafes within 1 block and 2 great restaurants. We were here a year ago and chose to stay here again. We are going to be away for a few days in the North but will stay here again when we return before heading back to the U.S. Highly recommend!

Wonderful staff and location

The location is outstanding. The staff were uniformly friendly except for some of the housekeeping people. Breakfast was very good except for the omelette. It wasn't fluffy like the ones I am used to. The room was smaller than what I expected. There was almost no space on two sides of the bed. The bed was comfortable. The thermostat didn’t work. The room was so hot that the floor felt like it was heated. I never said anything to anyone about it, which I should have done. The minibar prices are reasonable. Piazza Barberini is interesting with many cafes, restaurants, and ATMs. Bernini's Triton fountain is there. I am disabled but it was a relatively easy walk to the Trevi Fountain and Panthéon. The price for the room was great given that I thought places would raise rates for the Jubilee. I would stay there again if I had a larger room.

This hotel is amazing, I don’t even know where to start. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests, check in was fast and the staff was very friendly and polite. The hotel smells amazing and everything is so clean from the lobby to the room itself. The beds are very comfortable and have all the amenities than one could ask for, and no shortage of towels for a change. Breakfast selection is great and food is very good. the bar is very nice and wait staff literally jumps through hoops to accommodate any request. Overall this is one of the best hotels stays that we have experienced so far and will definitely come again.
