Disappointed in the front desk. Claimed we used items in the mini bar that we did not. Did not give us cups and refill coffee in room. Only for 1st day. Drain in tub was stuck, called and was not fixed just removed from tub. Changed locks on room door and did not let us know. Have to go to front desk to have keys recorded. Would not stay again!.

This hotel staff were all verry freandly. The rooms were nice and clean. The location of the hotel is a 5 minute walk to the Vatican. Ourside of the hotel are atleast 4 restaurants all of them were verey good and reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel with Exceptional location
Nice hotel with spacious 2 bedroom suites . Exceptional location by Vatican. Great restaurant options and religious shopping stores. Would definitely stay here again

Didn’t like the fact that we were in a room where the temperature setting was 27.7 degrees Celsius and we’re not able to reduce the temp despite scorching heat conditions. The hotel could not fix it

Reception staff were amazing. Went out of their way to help us with various issues. They were all very pleasant and made the hotel a great stay. With that said, it was not a 4 star hotel. Location great though.

The Hotels.com details for this hotel has some errors. Firstly, there is not a restaurant at the hotel. The breakfast is great but there are so many good restaurants on the same street that the hotel does not need its own. Secondly, we had a room safe and a mini-bar in the room. May not be true of all rooms but was a great bonus! The hotels.com info did not show these details. We would definitely stay here again but would appreciate the sink in the room being sorted out - it takes ages for the water to drain away. Also, the mini-bar was not re-stocked as a matter of course, only when requested. Staff were great and very helpful. Hotel is very well located for visiting Vatican City etc.

Everything was great! We visited during a heatwave and our air conditioner couldn’t quite keep up so it was hard to sleep. Otherwise we had a great stay.
