Quaint hotel in the touristy area of Rome, walkable distances to most attractions. Smaller, traditional style rooms that give a cozy feel. Great service and kind staff.

The hotel is in a very convenient location. Some of the front desk staff could have been a bit friendlier. Room amenities were lacking - only one plug in the room, bathroom space was limited and simple things like face cloths, Kleenex and conditioner were not provided.

Surprised by how peaceful and quiet our room was. Loved our breakfast waiter Sandro! He was the sweetest. Parking garage was not close by.

Lovely little hotel
This is a quaint little hotel very near the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. The neighborhood has lots of walkable shops and restaurants. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an adorable balcony overlooking a courtyard. Free breakfast was plentiful and filling, The hotel also arranged to pick us up from the airport. I will definitely look to stay here again on my next trip

Hotel staff were excellent. Room was excellent except there was no air conditioning. Continental Breakfast was excellent. No parking so you have to take a taxi or private car.

My wife and I just returned from Rome and absolutely loved staying at the Hotel Gregoriana! It’s a quaint, boutique hotel in the middle of Rome close to many of the amazing sites - especially the Spanish Steps (and all the food/shopping nearby, 4min walk). Clean and comfortable rooms, but know that it is a typical European room in that it is smaller than many American travelers are used to - it is, after all, a historic building turned hotel originally built in 1600! (such amazing history) The staff at the hotel were amazing - thank you especially to Stefano and Alessandro for being so welcoming and helpful! We will definitely be back to Hotel Gregoriana the next time we’re in Rome…

Wow, what a fantastic hotel. When we arrived we were greeted by a super friendly person at reception. We were a little early, but there was no problem getting into our room early. We asked for recommendations on places to see and where to go. We didn't realize that we were steps away from The Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. There were loads of places to eat too. We had the most tastiest breakfast brought to our room the following morning. Check out was fast and easy. Again, everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. When we visit Rome again, there is no other hotel that we will stay in. Highly recommend.

Hidden gem. Elegant, yet cozy room with a quaint balcony. There’s a Jazz bar across the street that seems like a local hangout. (But was not loud at all) Will definitely return.
