The staff was excellent. Fabrizio was great. He was kind, courteous, professional and very helpful. He went above and beyond. The room was clean, brightly lit, bed comfortable. The only thing was that there was some mold around the shower wall in the bathroom, not due to being uncleaned but may just be a ventilation issue. Nothing a few squirts of bleach from time to time could t handle. I would stay here again. It was a great stay with a working working elevator

Great location and clean. Extremely small and difficult to move baggage around. Was greeted with a rude employee who literally yelled at me for removing a key from a cheap key ring lol. although the morning staff gentleman was extremely kind and helpful to arrange transportation. Breakfast just ok, despite "exceptional" reviews. That is definitely staff who entered fake ratings. It was literally a croissant, coffee and a few pieces of fruit and charged me for an egg. Overall location and cleanliness makes it all ok, but dont exaggerate and call it exceptional LOL

The hotel was centrally located and very close to a lot of restaurants and the Spanish Steps. It was on a hill so there was always a hike up to get back, but it wasn't too bad. The hotel could use a refresh, some of the physical aspects were dated, but it was clean and most of the staff was friendly.

It was a nice clean hotel with perfect walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. It’s a mile walk to the Coliseum. I liked mostly everything about the stay at the hotel but the beds and pillows could be a bit more comfortable. A bit hard on both the bed and pillows.

Great location and staff were friendly. When I opened my door to my room, it smelt like wet towels. Odor never left. Pillows were flat. Very small shower. Seems like that’s the way they’re making them these days: if it wasn’t for the smell in the room there would be no complaints.
