The place was cramped, making it hard to move around without bumping into something. The décor felt outdated and in need of an upgrade. Most of the staff were helpful, but one employee, who was vacuuming but finished as I was living, just stood and stared while I struggled with my luggage. Overall, my stay was below average, and I wouldn't stay there again.

Fantastic hotel, room was well appointed with a very modern bathroom. Hotel staff were very friendly and prompt, helped booking taxis and airport transfers. Good location that's a short walk to major sights, the train station, and great gelato (SM Maaggiora Gelato).

We had a 5th floor room with a terrace. The room was very comfortable from the bed to the bathroom. The AC worked great. The terrace doubled our living space and was a nice spot to relax after walking around town all day. Breakfast was delicious and helped us to get a good start. The location while walking distance to Termini was just inside the Monti area and felt safe. There were many small but delicious restaurants around. A grocery store was next door.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is great for getting around and the area is clean and feels safe. The hotel was clean and my room was great.. just what I needed as a solo traveller. Wifi worked great. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location for hop on and hop off bus. There is a climb up hill in some areas but that is everywhere in Rome. Nice rooms, quiet and very clean. 10 min walk to train station, this was convenient as well. Taxis are expensive, would suggest the pink bus with heart was reliable and less people so you can get on bus easier, no problems

Great place to stay in Rome! Nice rooms with well functioning air conditioning (essential in August!) and very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped us to schedule a shuttle to the airport. The location is fantastic and very walkable to all the main sights in Rome.
