Esperienza molto negativa - Stanza molto sporca - Condizionatori non funzionanti (mancano i telecomandi) - parcheggio non disponibile (anche se pubblicizzato sul sito) - Colazione non disponibile (a parte un caffè e un “Buondì”anche se pubblicizzata sul sito) A fine soggiorno ci è stato consigliato di contattare privatamente (evitando hotels.com) in caso di una nuovo soggiorno per evitare costi di gestione e ottenere uno sconto.

Unfriendly hotel manager
The hotel manager was very rude and did not undrestand English at all. That language barrier caused some confusion about the payment for her and she started shouting at us in Italian even though she knew we did not understand her language. They were so unfriendly with us as international guests. I don't recommend it for international guests.

Ottima ospitalità
Ho alloggiato 3 notti presso la struttura per motivi di lavoro e non posso che spendere parole positive. La struttura è molto carina, decisamente pulita ed impreziosita dall'ospitalità e dalla cordialità della Signora Rossella, sempre gentile e desiderosa di aiutare il proprio ospite. Non sempre ho riscontrato siffatta cortesia, ed è decisamente un valore aggiunto. Complimenti!

Disponibilità cortesia e un ambiente gradevole..
possono rendere piacevole anche una visita medica!! Contattati con breve anticipo dall'ospedale Sant'Eugenio per un accertamento pre-intervento abbiamo deciso di soggiornare presso questo B&B che in linea d'aria è molto vicino all'Ospedale.. Abbiamo contattato prima del soggiorno la proprietaria che ci ha fornito ogni ragguaglio e aiuto.. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e premura. il B6B è molto grazioso, con un bel giardino e con un'aria molo serena e familiare. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era molto pulita e luminosa con un bel bagno (con finestra!), il letto in ferro battuto con guanciali e materassi sofficissimi.. Dovendo fare prelievi e analisi diagnostiche non abbiamo goduto della colazione (che abbiamo letto essere eccellente), ma la proprietaria, sapendo le nostre necessità alle 06.30 del mattino si è accertata che fossimo svegli e ci ha fatto arrivare il taxi..!

Posto carinissimo e accogliente
La struttura è piccola e accogliente con un'atmosfera molto familiare grazie anche all'accoglienza calorosa e cortese della proprietaria. La colazione è gustosa e qualitativamente anche superiore a quella offerta da un tre stelle.La stanza mi ha colpito per la pulizia e per la luce rossa soffusa dei lumi accanto al letto.Ho alloggiato nel b&b per una sola notte ma ci tornerei molto volentieri anche per i prossimi soggiorni nella capitale! Eccellente b&b!
