Great suite hotel. Good beds and bathroom - all clean and nice. Modern, but with a nice historical twist. Super central location - you can walk to everything. Broadband stabile, but quite slow.

No hot water for 3 days, which is unacceptable, especially since it is not an inexpensive place. No parking available (not even in the street). On the positive side, nicely refurbished, and great air conditioning.

Will never be staying here again. The power went out during our stay and after calling the emergency number since lobby closes at 11pm we were told nothing can be done until housekeeping shows up at 615am. We left at 7am to catch a flight and never heard from housekeeping. Went to return keys and the gentlemen at the desk named Tawfik starts blaming me for the power outage saying it was my fault I plugged in a phone charger. Awful customer service will never be staying here again.

Perfect for a family of 5 with one night stay in Rome. Perfect location for sightseeing, restaurants and shops. Excellent value for money. Room was clean and spacious and very quiet. They stored our bags on last day. Highly recommend.

Overall good experience and would recommend. Fantastic location with key sights within walking distance. Great AC, kept us cool during a heat wave and beds were comfortable. Only couple things of note: the room we stayed in was a little dark, water pressure for shower was low and there is no door to shower area as you enter suite.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Unica Suites Hotel. The location was perfect, walking distance to the shops, Trevi fountain and the Colesseum.and we felt very safe! The staff was great! Check in process was quick and easy. We loved the room! It was the luxury suite - 1 bedroom. Very spacious! We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Rome!

Can I give an apartment 5 star? Furnishings top quality... we were given twin queen beds bedroom, unique tiled ceiling, herring bone oak floor in separate lounge, padded textile walls, beautifully tiled bathroom, microwave, coffee machine which I couldn't use., twin TV's (we never use) Twin air-con... an extraordinary courtyard with giant entry doors, fishpond... who ever renovated these building spared no expense... I will overlook the rickety lift which at least worked for us.

This property was very nice, clean, excellent location & value. The only complaints we would have are that we could not control our own A/C & it was not cool - we were hot sleeping at night. Also, there was no elevator to our room, and no offer of assistance with our very large suitcases to get them up the stairs. (I was traveling with my 19 year old daughter - so two ladies - luckily we’re pretty strong, but still not ideal in 90 degree heat, & we were not expecting to have to do it). One other thing is that we were a bit early for check-in (we had requested early check-in), they took us to our room (we carried our suitcases up the stairs), however we found the room was not ready - the manager was with us. (We carried our suitcases back down the stairs, again no offer to help with the suitcases). We asked if there was somewhere we could change out of our travel clothes and freshen up, as we were to be picked up in 30 minutes for a tour. To our surprise, we were taken to a very large open storage room with no privacy, no locked door with a small restroom adjoining it - barely large enough for one person to fit in. We had to open our luggage on the brick/concrete floor of the storage room and then try to get ourselves dressed and put together in the tiny restroom. ODD. As soon as we were just about finished the manager came in and announced that our room was now ready. Again, we had to schlep our luggage up the stairs to our room. Our driver ended up having to wait for us.

Perfect for our family of four
Our family of four stayed at Unica Suites during a trip to Rome and it was perfect for our family. The rooms were large and comfortable and had all the amenitiies that we needed. Our suite included connected rooms, but we did not find it necessary to open the connection. We found the bathrooms to be quite nice. Clean, shower pressure was great, no problems. The staff was friendly and helpful and availble untlil later in the evening. The hotel is located very near Trevi Fountain and close to a metro stop and in a very touristy area. We found the closeness of the metro, and a taxi stand, very convenient, but it is in a very touristy area.

Good hotel, helpful staff, walking distance to the Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Good restaurants, breakfast cafes, bars, super markets in the area. The best part was that the air conditioning was excellent!!

Overall this was a nice and convenient place to stay. Our two rooms required taking luggage up the stairs, no big deal, just FYI. The AC wasn’t that strong but we managed! Lots of food options nearby. Bring conditioner, there’s only shampoo.
