Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 10.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.

• Fee for buffet breakfast: from approximately EUR 35 for adults and from EUR 35 for children
• Airport shuttle fee: EUR 110 per vehicle (one way, maximum occupancy 3)
• Self-parking fee: EUR 30 per day (in/out privileges)
• Valet parking fee: EUR 38 per day
• Pet fee: EUR 50 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Rollaway bed fee: EUR 120.0 per day

• All guests (including children) need to be present at check-in to show their government-issued photo ID or passport.
• On-site cash transactions can't exceed EUR 5000, due to national regulations. For more details, please contact the property using information in the booking confirmation.
• The seasonal pool will open in May and close in September.
• Pool access available from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Reservations are needed for massage services and spa treatments. For reservations, contact the hotel before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child aged 4 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
