Great hotel
Great hotel! Very modern feels very new. Good sized room and bathroom, very helpful and friendly employees. Beautiful rooftop as well. Only downside was we had a balcony room and the view was basically a parking lot so was definitely not worth having the balcony. Location was perfect.

The staff was very considerate and was able to accommodate an early check in and arrange for a very early ride to the airport. They really did “the little things” that make you feel welcome and comfortable very well.

We enjoyed the hotel although the food was not great and very expensive. For being a new hotel, the rug under the bed had spots and the bathroom floor was not cleaned well.

The hotel is fairly new and there are one or two teething issues to sort out ie hotter water, replacing coffee/tea. Room design was also a bit of an issue plenty of room but not the best use.

The hotel restaurant itself is hit and miss but it is very walkable to great dining. The property is well maintained and the staff are professional. The area is quiet but not too far from fun!

The hotel charged us for a room with a big window with a view. When we got there they put us into a lower tier room with no view and told us no other room was available and they were full and the manager was gone for the day. The front desk person tried to tell us we were in the wrong and that what’s listed on Expedia may not be accurate. (Isn’t it your responsibility to list and charge for your rooms accurately? Especially when we paid extra.) I contacted Expedia and after a phone call from them somehow they found another room that was better (but still not the one we booked). I brought this up with multiple staff members and no one said or did anything about it. I was very disappointed with the experience especially since we paid multiple thousands for an experience we did not receive. We regularly stay with Radisson for work travel but will be having our company book another hotel from now on.

I would highly recommend Radisson Roma Antica. From the moment we entered everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The facilities are beautiful, the food was great and the service was phenomenal. Agnese was so helpful on our first day. Fernando went above and beyond, he was so warm and welcoming and remembered exactly how I liked my caffe. Everyone remembered us by name. Giulia helped us with restaurants and sightseeing. There were many others that I have not had the opportunity to name and would like to thank them as well. You have to spend time on the rooftop bar/restaurant. It has one of the best views!!! Thanks again for making our first trip to Italy so wonderful!
