Very nice, modern hotel

Pros: Though very crisp, clean and very modern the staff provided the warmth and friendliness often missing in such places
Cons: Proper cups for tea drinkers though a 'to go' paper cup is useful I guess.
Location: Bascilica S.M d'Angelo & S.M. Maggiori breathtaking. Terrific food across the road Grollino d Abruzzo. Some nice shops in Via Nazionale.
The staff were very friendly and caring. They had emailed me prior to my visit so although check in was 2pm they offered to store our bags should we arrive in Rome earlier. We arrive one hour early, they kept the bags and we waited in their bar area with complimentary fruit juice and water, which was very welcome. Explanation of the facilities was thorough. Everyone's English was excellent (so grateful for that). We had a twin classic room as requested. The twin beds were extremely comfortable but there wasn't really enough room to separate them which would have been our preference. Water and fruit and fizzy juice in the mini bar on our arrival was complimentary. Charge is for any extra. Breakfast - waiters attentive at the buffet, all very friendly and efficient. We are gluten and dairy intolerant (in the land of pizza, I know) but alternatives were on hand if you ask for assistance. My son took ill on our travels to Rome and we were unable to continue our holiday to Florence but I had no hesitation to book an extra nights stay until he was flit to fly back. The staff were genuinely caring and very helpful.

Perfect choice, highly recommend

We arrived before checkin time but wete lucky that our rooms were ready and the very attentive staff on the front desk allwed us to check in early. Whike checking in, a menber of staff gave us a map and pointed out some of the best sights of the city. We were advised the minibar (soft drinks) would be replenished each day free of charge, which was a nice surprise. Although the room was small, it was well furnished with a super king sized bed, so comfortable. A very nice room for a four star hotel. Breakfast choice was very good. Staff were extremely helpful. On the day of departure, we were allowed to leave our luggage with the front desk and were able to continue with our tours. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel without a doubt.

Sehr zentral sehr nettes Personal sehr gute Reinigung des Zimmers. Bett war viel zu hart, zwischen Bad und Zimmer gab es keine Tür und zwischen der Toilette und dem Bad war nur eine schiebetür aus Glas, welche nur wenig Privatsphäre gegeben hat.

Viihtyisä hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla

Pros: Sijainti, henkilökunta, aamiainen
Cons: Huonevarustelu
Location: Sijainti keskellä suurinta osaa tärkeimmistä nähtävyyksistä. Lähellä myös runsaasti ravintoloita ja kauppoja.
Hotelli oli siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti oli todella hyvä, kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä, aamiainen hyvä. Huonevarustelu olisi voinut olla suurempi, etenkin kylpytakkia ja -tohveleita olisin kaivannut. Ilmainen minibaarin sisältö plussaa.
