wonderful hotel in Rome
very nice hotel with incredibly friendly staff - definitely a place to stay in Roma. When we left early in the morning - the breakfast was not open yet but I got a delicious capuccino, bread and cheese ... yummy and so kind. the room and the bathroom are just perfect.. very good bed and a lovely bathroom with everything you need... hope to be back soon

Can't recommend this place.
With one exception of one person a man in glasses , the receptionists were unpleasant people especially the woman. The rooms are poorly isolated against noise from neighboring rooms and from the restaurant. The shower is designed as impossible to be used if you don't want to get wet hair. Definitely too expensive with relation to the conditions. The check out is at 10 am ! I was sick after the dinner at the hotels restaurant. We went to another , really nice and safe restaurant for dinners the other days.

A small room with NO window. I can write a hole essay about all the things the hotel manager can change to enhance the guests experience. Many things were wromg. Towel hanging right abobe toilet which is the most inappropriate and unclean area. Room does not have a window. How is that even acceptable. Faucita spray water everywhere except on your hand and the list can go in forever.

Alexandra did a wonderful job in accommodating all of our requests,from looking after shuttle transportation to and from the hotel to looking after and arranging our baggage taken up to our room and then back down again. She is a very efficient and pleasant person. All of the other hotel staff were equally accommodating. The food in the breakfast cafe was wonderful..probably the best breakfast we have encountered in a hotel stay. As well the meals in the main restaurant were very good. Slept very well. Nice breakfast. Great front staff. Affordable and well positioned. Walked to Villa Doria Pamphili. Walked to Trastevere train station or take 1 bus. Easy access to historic Rome. Fun beer garden beside hotel. Would highly recommend.

We arrived early, and the staff was kind enough to hold our luggage while we explored the area. However, the air conditioning was non-functional, remaining fixed at a certain temperature despite our efforts to adjust it. The on-site restaurant offered limited vegetarian options, and the complimentary breakfast, included in the package, had a restricted selection. Unfortunately, breakfast service did not begin until 7:30 a.m., causing us to miss it due to early tours. Additionally, the hotel is located about 20 to 25 minutes from central Rome, which could be inconvenient for those with time-sensitive plans. Housekeeping services were also delayed; on one occasion, despite placing the "make up room" sign on the door at 7:30 a.m., our room was not serviced by the time we returned around 2:30/3:00 p.m. Overall, it’s a decent hotel but nothing fancy.

Séjour agréable à la Villa Zaccardi à Rome. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute des voyageurs. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Hôtel bien placé pour se rendre dans le centre ville de Rome et au Vatican via les lignes de bus Romaines. Quelques petits bémols : - Il est marqué que l'établissement parle Français or aucune personne ne parlait Français lors de notre séjour. Il s'agissait pourtant d'un des motifs de ma réservation (d'ou la baisse de la note) ; - Chambres petites pour un séjour d'une semaine à deux.

The property had a nice restaurant, good food. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Housekeeping was just OK. We didn't get bathroom ammenities for 2 days during our stay. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom had it's own issues. We did have to take a taxi or bus to get to most historical sites, which was an added expense due to the location. It was a good hotel, just not great, and didn't provide an enhancement to our trip.
