Magnificent apartment on the third floor with a very large terrace overlooking the sea, the mountains and the gardens and pool of the Agua Serena urbanization. The terrace is covered and has three rooms with their corresponding furniture for lunch, conversation or rest. The bedroom has a 1.50x190 bed with a viscoelastic mattress and from it you can access the terrace. The living room is equipped with a magnificent library, a 55-inch TV with Netflix connection and a large sofa bed with a 1.50 bed and a comfortable mattress. The kitchen has everything: fridge, washer / dryer, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, hob, coffee makers, blender, juicer and purifying device for drinking water. From the kitchen you can access the terrace, where the dining table and chairs are, for lunch or dinner overlooking the sea. The marble bathroom is located next to the bedroom. On the ground floor the tenant has a garage. The gardens and pool are at your disposal throughout the day.
