Great location
The apartment was in an ideal location with lots of places to eat and drink within a 5 min walk. Also great to have a pool onsite and a beach only a 3-4 min walk. Apartment was clean and with everything you need. Overall a great stay

En general todo bien para pasar unos días agradables en la playa (que está muy cerca). Se agradece el aire acondicionado (aunque el dormitorio de los niños no enfriaba bien). El apartamento estaba limpio menos la terraza, que no la usamos por ese motivo y porque hacía calor.calor.haciamucho calor.

L appartement est vraiment à deux pas de la plage : baignades et balades sont favorisées. La location est modeste mais tout y est et la terrasse est grande. Les petits commerces sont à proximité, inutile de prendre la voiture.

A very nice summer vacation!
We as a family had a great stay in the apartment. It was clean and had everything you need. The local apartment manager was friendly and very helpful. So we can only agree with the many other positive reviews. Pauline and Frank are very nice and caring hosts. In short, we would love to go back again soon!

La calidad precio de este apartamento es perfecta,tiene ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones además de aire acondicionado,la terraza está genial y aparte tiene un solarium arriba con ducha para remojarte,se aparca bastante bien y la casa está bien equipada. Las únicas pegas podrían ser a modo de mejora que la nevera no enfría demasiado y que a veces salen unas pequeñas hormigas por alguna encimera..

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub
Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in diesem Apartment verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Apartment liegt nur ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Desweiteren gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, von der aus man gute Verbindungen in die nähere Umgebung hat, so dass man kein Auto benötigt. Ausflüge kann man im den Hotels buchen. Wir können die Tour nach Cabo de Gata empfehlen. Wunderschöne Naturlandschaft und Dörfer. Das Apartment hat einen sehr großen Balkon und eine tolle Dachterrasse, die beide einen schönen Meerblick bieten. Der Strand und die Promenade sind wunderschön. Man kann kilometerweit spazieren gehen. Frank, der Besitzer vom Apartment organisiert auf Wunsch einen wirklich günstigen Transfer vom Flughafen in Almeria. Dr Fahrer ist sehr nett und hat uns viele Informationen über Roquetas gegeben. Unsere Kinder fanden natürlich den Pool ganz toll. Dieser ist sehr gepflegt. Wir empfehlen das Apartment auf jeden Fall weiter.

L'appartement est très propre, conforme aux photos et très confortable: ventilateurs aux plafonds et clim. dans les 2 chambres et le séjour, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, linge de maison fourni. De plus il est très bien situé: à 200m d'un supermarché bon marché et d'une belle plage surveillée et peu fréquentée, à 10 mn à pied du château Santa Ana où ont lieu des animations gratuites le soir en période estivale. La voiture n'est pas nécessaire et il est facile de se garer. Enfin la résidence a une pataugeoire et un bassin moyen/grand ouvert de 10h00 à 22h00, ambiance familiale et calme. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix, tout est inclus (eau, wifi, ménage en fin de séjour, électricité si on ne dépasse pas 3 euros par jour). Je recommande vivement. Flor

Correcta y bien ubicada ...pero...
La vivienda esta muy bien, bastante pequeña pero muy correcta y una terraza fabulosa, si bien que los propietarios sean britanicos y no sepan hablar español no facilitan las cosas. Bajo mi humilde opinión, el punto desfavorable es el contador de luz a monedas que tienen puesto, no se advierte en el anuncio y es un gasto diario de 3 a 4 euros tirando por lo bajo. La Urbanizacion apriori es bonita, pero cuando llega la noche es muy ruidosa por los propios vecinos (charlas y griterios hasta las 2 y 3 de la madrugada), por lo que te impide abrir la ventana del dormitorio que da al interior. Ubicación muy buena, facil aparcamiento, otro pero es que todos los apartamentos de la Urbanizacion poseen garaje, sin embargo en nuestro caso, no nos han ofrecido dicha plaza.
