Our apartment at Roca and San Lorenzo is super convenient for people visiting the city for paperwork, courses, or wanting to explore the main tourist attractions, as it is located right in the city center, close to most administrative, educational, gastronomic, and tourist sites of interest. Ideal for those seeking a quiet, bright, and spacious place. Here, you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family or friends.
We are a family-run venture managing apartments for temporary tourist rentals. Our mission is to provide our visitors with affordable and comfortable options for their stay in the city. You can see all our available apartments by searching for us as 'Hornera'.
Typically, we only interact with guests during check-in and check-out of the apartment. However, we are always available to address any questions or situations that may arise, either through phone or in person if necessary. Feel free to reach out to us for anything you might need.
In the heart of the city center, close to Boulevard Oroño and the riverbank, and just about two blocks from San Martin Square and Pringles Square. It's only two blocks from Cordoba Street, whose stretch of commercial establishments, partly pedestrian, leads you directly to the Monument to the Flag. In the immediate vicinity, there is a brewery, grocery stores, and convenience stores. Across from the apartment, you can find a renowned café. Within less than three blocks, you have all the other shops you might need in your daily life (hypermarket, pharmacy, stores, bars, etc.). The culinary hubs of Pichincha and Av Pellegrini are only 1000 meters away. You can also find the most frequented faculties of the National University of Rosario (UNR) and several private universities just a few blocks away, in addition to being very close to various clinics and hospitals. Everything is very close by.
Given its proximity to most points of interest in the city, the location is ideal for getting around on foot. Furthermore, the constant presence of taxis and proximity to various public transportation stops (buses and bicycles) makes it the perfect place to go anywhere if you don't have your own means of transportation. If you are coming by car, you should keep in mind that street parking is metered from 8 am to 8 pm and it can be a bit difficult to find a spot during working hours. If you want to leave your car in a private parking lot, the closest one with 24-hour service is only 150 meters away.
