Nice terraced house 200m from one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches of Roses (Cala de l'Almadraba) and 4.500m from the center of Roses, with capacity for up to 4 people.



The house consists of:

* Dining room with sofa, air conditioning and TV (spanish and French channels).

* Fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, oven ...)

Located on the Almadraba beach (fine natural sand beach with 3 beach restaurants and a supermarket open seasonally).

Located 4,5 km from the center of Roses, where you will find a variety of shops, shops and its large sandy beach.

Roses is an active city throughout the year. It offers activities and attractions that are very varied and interesting for all types of travelers. Drive a kart, enjoy a day at the water park, play mini-golf, boat trips to Cap de Creus or Cadaqués, the tourist train to take a walk, visit the Salvador Dalí Museum in Figueres, an immersion in the Medes Islands reservation Natural, animations in summer, walk along the seafront with many restaurants and local specialties. Not to mention the pleasant rest on the sandy beach. The beaches of Roses enjoy an internationally recognized environmental quality certificate.

Possible short stays depending on the season, possibility of renting weekends according to the season.

Vacances au soleil.
Appartement jumelée a environ 500 mètres de la mer. Vue sur la mer. L'appartement est confortable. Climatisation, wifi, chaînes TV via parabole. Une belle terrasse. Il y aurait un garage pour le véhicule se serait au top, mais il y a tout de même une place pour se garer.
