Steps lead up to the entrance door and a separate door which gives access to the pool and terrace area. Entering the villa, the lounge / dining room area is very spacious and open planned with the kitchen.  From all areas of this living space you have fantastic views over the Bay of Roses and direct access to the pool area. This space is very light and has a modern feel and has seating on the dining table for up to 8 people. The modern kitchen area is fully equipped with a dishwasher (conveniently situated at work top level), hob, oven, coffee machine etc. The lounge area has a large flat screen TV with a Chrom cast and a DVD player. Glass doors lead out onto the terrace with its spectacular sea views and L-shaped infinity pool, offering seating space for outdoor dining and sunbathing. From the terrace you can also access the sunroom with more stunning views, another dining table and a sofa to enjoy some leisurely reading, morning tea or a sundowner. There are two bedrooms on this level, one with a double bed and doors that also lead onto the sun terrace and bedroom 2 with 2 single beds. There are also two separate bathrooms, one with bath and shower attachment next to the bedrooms and another modern shower and toilet near the entrance door which can also be used after pool use although there is another outside shower by the pool too! Stairs lead down to the lower level where you find another bedroom with 2 single beds for children and a double bedroom which has 2 single beds pushed together but can be separated if necessary. This bedroom has an Ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. There is another lounge area with a Smart TV and Blue Ray DVD player and kitchenette and also a separate toilet on this level. From this level you have an additional entrance door which leads on to the lower, paved area of the garden and terrace. All bedrooms have A/C.
