A Gem in Rouen!
The front desk staff were prompt, courteous, funny and could not have been more helpful. It is a hotel that is only 3 months old and so is in great condition and has been kept spotless. The close proximity to the twon center and all of the historic sites made it very easy for us. I would recommend the hotel is a heartbeat.

The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. When I arrived there was no more room in the hotel parking garage. I was advised to park in the municipal garage, which was fine. Great location and excellent quality of the room.

This is a great new aparthotel connected to the Novotel Hotel overlooking the Seinel. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, who are so willing to help, units have all the amenities you need for your stay in Rouen.
