The bathroom is very tiny. The water temperature in the shower would suddenly get hot or cold. Sink is too small and no counter to put toiletries. Staff is very nice and hotel is very clean.

Above all the service which was prompt, helpful and friendly. The view of Rouen is gorgeous as are the gardens. Breakfasts are delicious and the food plentiful. Well equipped and pleasent gym A hotel to enjoy and relax in, and a good base to see Rouen

Bonjour, le petit déjeuner était assez frugal (pas de bacon, pas assez de fruits) heureusement la personne en service était excellente et m a même réalisé une coupelle de Tabasco, un hôtel un peu dédale, le personnel de l accueil était un peu obtus et n a pas écouté nos suggestions d amélioration. De plus la piscine payante ce qui est assez décevant à la vue des prix des chambres.personnel de ménage très attentif

Hôtel tout neuf, ouvert depuis moins d'une semaine (31 août 2024), construit tout en conservant l'ancienne façade de l'école normale de 1886. Beau résultat! Très belle vue sur Rouen, dommage que les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent que de quelques centimètres. Parking facile. Bon équipement de spa. Petit déjeuner international de bonne qualité standard.
