Here, a harmonious blend of battle stone and stone greets you throughout the interior of this semi-detached house. The character of this house is special and offers you a cozy interior. With three floors, this historic building offers you enough space for up to 7 people with pets.

In the small village of Loco di Rovegno you will find all kinds of opportunities, including a hiking and biking trail, the river Trebbia for swimming and fishing, and a supermarket right on your doorstep. Be sure to also visit the surrounding towns that nestle at the foot of the Ligurian Apennines. As far as the eye can see, you'll find fabulous hiking trails nestled in the surrounding Alps. Take river walks, swim under a natural spring or use the bikes available to explore the valley.
