I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). The decor is very worn with signs of damage. The carpets are stained. The external area was very overgrown with weeds. The TV remote didn't work and there was no TV ariel connected. The undercounter lights flashed on an off at random. When I checked under the bed before leaving I found clumps of dust, showing it hadn't been vacuumed for some time. Parking was extremely tight for my car with only one space for 2 rooms. On my last night I was unable to park in the allocated space.
