The young lady at the front desk upon our arrival was very nice and cordial. The hotel is a bit worn and there are obvious repairs that needed to be done, like the crack in our shower tile or the rusted out toilet, but the hotel seems to be well kept. Our room was on the parking lot side and it was very quiet. The hotel is located right at the freeway, so it's very convenient to everything nearby, such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. If I had to return to Ruston, I would stay here again.

King rooms in advertisement had walk in showers only to find that only handicap rooms have those, icemaker on second floor broken, furniture stained and rough, refrigerator frozen over non-functional, breakfast was subpar as sausage gravy very runny like water, eggs seemed odd (not real?) honey buns were excellent fruit and yogurt were good. beds were comfortable.

I was charged twice and am waiting for a refund for the second charge. They told me that it was taken care of and that Expedia would be doing the refund. I’m sure it was not intentional, however it was very inconvenient for my family.
