Hello, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that the service you received during your stay was not up to our usual standards. Ruthin Castle has recently been sold and is now under new management, we are already seeing huge improvements and would love to welcome you back to the Hotel for you to see these changes once completed.
Ruthin Castle Hotel offers its guests a full-service spa, 5 hot tubs, a sauna, and a fitness centre. There's a restaurant on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. WiFi is free in public spaces. A business centre and meeting rooms are available. Spa services, a terrace, and barbecue grills are also featured at the family-friendly Ruthin Castle Hotel.
