The staff were excellent and it was kept clean. The pool is closed between noon and four pm but it was clean and warm. I was there for three nights. My room was cleaned daily, which is rare in most hotels these days.

Several guests, people that more appeared to live there were in the back parking lots nightly tailgating with drugs, drinking and bb gun ( shooting squirrels and a chair. it was noisy, felt unsafe and made the stay one that I will not repeat when returning to Vermont in the future.

Improper Room Allocation Despite No-Pet Request I

During the hotel reservation I explicitly mentioned about no pet or animal friendly room but they allocated a room which full of dog smell and was stayed with my dress and hair everyday. Also it caused breadth issue causing caught due to cleanliness and quality of the room. So next day night I had to talk with the manager and they allocated mew fresh room and we survived.

The room was clean and big. My complaints are: 1. The water pressure in the shower is terrible. It sounds like a nick-pick but it's seriously annoying after a long day and you just want to have a long hot shower. 2. The hairdryer is more of a 'hair fryer'..loud and hot but not much air moving... bring your own hair dryer.
