The Slate offers 185 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features minibars and espresso makers. Rooms open to balconies or patios. 32-inch LED televisions come with satellite channels. Fridges and coffee/tea makers are provided. Bathrooms include a separate bath and shower with a rainfall showerhead, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries.

Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Business-friendly amenities include desks, desk chairs and safes. One week at the Slate, lovely place, but a bit confusing getting around hotel, also decor a little dark. Service and staff very good and very nice. Not sure about returning, just not our type of hotel but it's still a nice place.

Had a wonderful stay for my birthday. I was here for 6 nights/7 days. Property was exactly as advertised if not BETTER! My room was immaculate and housekeeping made sure my room was always in top condition. I stayed in a private pool villa which was a dream. The property grounds were beautiful and well kept. Every morning groundskeepers would be taking care of everything and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and there were so many options. It’s buffet style and catered to every one’s needs be it international food or vegan and vegetarian options. I would most definitely stay here again and again.

Stunning environment, beautifully appointed room, fantastic range of bars and restaurants both within and without the resort. Happy staff always smiling, very responsive front desk via the app, scrumptious breakfast choices, great pools, and the sound of the jungle all night long. Absolutely loved it, for a resort built in 2007 it is in very good condition and well maintained. We'll go back without any doubt. The only thing not to like would be the insane spa pricing, but with so many choices for being pampered on and around the beach it is no great loss.

We stayed at the Slate towards the end of our trip to be close to the airport for an early flight. It was very easy to get to the airport but also a stunning hotel with beautiful calm pools and some amazing restaurants. It was really easy also to walk down to the beach to go to local restaurants and shops. Overall a fantastic stay thank you!

This is the most perfect hotel! The staff was so amazing from the moment I walked in. The place is gorgeous the food is phenomenal. The room service is to die for literally. I had the room with a pool which was heaven I almost didn’t want to leave the property. Street food and beach right outside the resort. I went solo as a woman and felt so safe I was out till 2am. The resort is so very safe. It’s close to so much stuff a the staff will help you plan things I don’t book anything until I got to the hotel they had much better deals. They can also convert your cash for you to Baht at the hotel. I’m going back in a couple of months because the staff alone made this stay so perfect!

Beautiful, huge property in charming Nai Yang. We stayed in the D Buk Family suite which was perfect for our 16 year old who had a large curtained bed, making it feel like she had her own space. For some reason there is a full length mirror in on the door of the toilet so you have to see yourself sitting there. The large tub is nice in theory, but there isn’t really any hot water so it is only for those who like cold baths.

I loved my stay at Slate , beautiful resort a little dated however still beautiful. I enjoyed the staff and how friendly and helpful they were. The only downside is the location I was far from main attractions so I used bolt a lot to get to places . 45 mins away from everything . Food was good especially at Black Ginger restaurant. Spa was also very nice 60 minute massage was lovely . I would definitely stay again. The overall resort is beautiful and the staff they aim to please and make sure you're happy .
