Very good location with lovely views. Great size rooms and very clean. Only negatives were breakfast was okay, a decent selection of options just not to my taste and the rooms smelt as though they needed a good air out.

The staff were so friendly which made us feel very welcome and at home. The hotel was lovely and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa as it has a lovely setting and beautiful views

The hotel is on the hillside, higher floors open the window from the room are mountains view. The hotel 250 meter away from Sapa Express Bus station. Close to the lake in 2 minutes walk. From the lake there is a road can walk over to Sapa City Centre. From the hotel turn to the left 800m there is a night market open till 12am. You can get a lot of BBQ stalls there. Room is very very clean. I booked twin bed. Beds are big and comfortable to sleep.

We arrived at 8am from train and we were greeted very kindly. They noticed we were tired and gave us an early check in! It was amazing of them. All the staff is kind and professional

Very nice hotel.. amazing staff very happy there... only two issues but weren't bad, was a very hard bed and no lift but wasn't an issue at all. Very nice hotel indeed

Clean spacious familyroom, short walk to town
Manager was friendly and helpful, she is able to speak English and helps to book local tour. Room was clean and spacious and high floor units have good views. tasty breakfast set is included. However, there is no lift access and most staff do not speak English. As hotel is new, there are strict rules on charges, which are payable when you lose the room card for example.

Nice location, good view of the city
Ms. Theo at the reception helped us in a lot of ways flexibly. The location is nice, a little apart from the crowded part of the city. The only unlucky thing for us was the neighbors of the same floor partied at the shared balcony till late. We had to wake up early next morning.
