It was super close to the airport and that’s why I chose it. The staff was very friendly and nice! That was impressive. Our bathroom and room surfaces weren’t as clean as I’d like but the hotel staff friendliness made up for it. I would more than likely stay there again

This was a wonderful experience for my quick trip to Sacramento. I loved the shuttle service was quick for picking me up from the airport. I wished that I could’ve made reservations for airport pickup in advance rather than having to call when ready for the ride. It still wasn’t a big deal since it’s close to the airport. I’d come back again in the future.

The only thing I did not like is the very low water pressure of the shower. I stayed at a similar hotel in another city with the same shower heads but the pressure while not too much was good. Here, it felt like water was trickling

The staff were pleasant, the facility seemed nice, the room was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the neighborhood was very suburban. A nice start the night before an early flight out.

The staff... amazing. The room is only surface cleaned. There was a old crumbs of food and candy or used cough drop between bed and night stand. Also the bathroom was great except the bevy... it looked like it was growing fur. I have pictures of needed.

Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly, especially the restaurant staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate my autistic grandson who only eats chicken nuggets or strips. Not an item on the menu but they were able to make them for him as a special request. Very much appreciated! Only complaint was the location of our room was at the end of the hall on the first floor near an exit door and people kept coming in and out until very late talking loudly which made it difficult to sleep and we had a 5am flight.

Staff super friendly. Room clean. Location is near airport but only 10 mins away from downtown Sacramento. Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay if you want to get away from the fast past of daily life, great place to stay.

Walls were so thin I could hear the man in the room next to mine sneezing, coughing and blowing his nose at 3 am. No housekeeping service provided, despite a four day stay BUT housekeeping did come into my room on my last day, a half hour prior to check out time and while my personal belongings were still in the room, stripped the bed, cleaned the bathroom, threw away my lunch and toothbrush. Walked in to find a man in my bathroom cleaning the sink, asked him to leave while I got my things together. Front desk really could have cared less but offered me replacement food out of their cold case.
