There was remodeling or updating rooms, unfortunate that our room had only had bathroom done. The so called kitchen or furniture was on it's last life. It did have a nice breakfast every day. Changed every day,.

Avoid!!! Unsafe. Filthy. Unprofessional. Had other guests barge into our room. Guy at the front desk, Omar, gave other guests keys to our room. Daughter was in the middle of changing. Hot tub was full of bugs and green slime. Keys would not work after returning from the pool. No one at front desk. Had to wait 25 minutes to get new keys to get into our room. Asked for compensation for all the inconvenience. Omar said we'd have to call orbitz. Asked for a manager. None on site despite a sign saying there was a manager. Called hotel 800 number. Said they don't own the hotel, it's just a franchise and they can't do anything. Nice. The brand doesn't give a darn. Won't be staying at this chain any longer.

I was a bit nervous after reading some of the reviews, but my stay here was just fine. Yes, the elevator is slow, but that didn't really bother me. I wasn't in a hurry to get anywhere. We arrived before the check in time and were told that they'd have a room ready for us in 15 minutes. I was happy to be able to check in early as we were headed to a music festival that afternoon. The staff I interacted with were all pleasant. The breakfast was pretty good - nothing to rave about, but nothing to complain about either. The place does look dated, and there were what looked like stains on the carpets, but I just kept my socks on. Based on my recent stay, I'd have no problem staying here again.

The building looks good from the outside, but inside you can tell that it’s old. Walking down the hallway it smelled, and the carpet looked like it had not been clean in awhile. In our room, the toilet and shower looked new. Everything else looked like it was brought in when the place was first built. We requested extra linens for the sofa bed and never got it. The person at the front desk told me it was inside the bed when you pull it out. Of course that wasn’t true. The only thing that was inside was a mattress pad that was to big and looked like it had never been washed. There was a problem with ants. Probably because of the pile of garbage in the ice machine room and you could smell it waiting on the elevator. The only ice machine working was on the first the first floor. It was easy access to the freeway, but I would not stay here again.

For starters, as an Expedia gold vip I'm supposed to get free bottles of water at check in, I did not. Also, the front desk employee didn't give me any information about breakfast, wifi, gym or any details about the hotel at all. Plus, our fire alarm was covered up by what looks like TP, and there is sticky stuff on the bedside table, and none of the lamps were even plugged in and I had to strain to reach them. Not a very auspicious way to start a vacation. Also, the gym was like a sauna, no AC or open windows, no water or towels or cups, not even a paper towel to wipe the sweat off the machines! Disgusting! Stains on the floors and doors in the room as well. Broken toilet seat. Worn out wood everywhere. Pretty much everything is old and decrepit.

It was a bit run down. The iron and blow dryer did not work although the front desk was able to give me working ones. The carpet needs to be replaced. The room was comfortable. There were a few kitchen items in the kitchenette. The pool and hot tub need cleaning as do the chairs and tables outside. The breakfast was well done and well stocked.

Close to shopping and food.what i didn't like bed was stand hade blood on the bathroom wall . Trash in the bathroom floor can open the room door without the room key .and the mattress under the sheets wear stand brrown like water stains or something. Talked front desk was told someone will 5 day later no call no refund sending pictures to state of California

Decent, but needs work.
We found a few ants in our bed, and when we checked out, there was no apology. They only said they would have someone look into it. We've stayed here numerous times and never had an issue until now. The room needs updating for sure. The free breakfast was just ok. It used to be better. Overall, the stay was fine and bed was comfortable.

Spa was luke warm at best, which was a disappointment. breakfast was adequate.. price was good, along with free breakfast are the reasons i stayed there. would i stay there with my grandkids.. nope

I really enjoyed their breakfast, the staff was real nice, but the rooms however was not the cleanest. Been here for 2 weeks, had a ant problem , t.v didn't work, had to switch rooms, room 110 was a ok , there was a nice shower but no fan overall it was ok. There was no bed bugs so that was nice .
