One night 1/2/25-Thursday night-first time stay. I search this place in hotel.com.need remove the front door or office I mean n restroom I stay in.don’t want driving in south SF.The lady in front,help me upgrade my room to 2 bed.room update little bit not restroom. overall, it’s OK.

The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non-smoking area, the toilet are low also you have to step down to go in the shower. The floor were dirty not swept. Not accommodating for elderly people. The front desk were very nice.

The area was very sketchy; it felt very unsafe. The smell in the room (though it is a "NON smoking" room) smelled like a smoker had lived there all their life! Will never go back.
