Hotels nice and the people are super nice as well. But be careful when walking outside around the property, some drug use and homelessness activity. Nothing crazy but could be better. Overall still love staying here when I come into town, ton of stuff to do in walking distance.

Location, location. Very close to the Golden One center. Resturants close. That being said my tiny room had a view of the roof and noisy fans ? and holy cow right next to the freeway. Noise was 10++.

I though the property was fine, perhaps a bit overpriced. When I was checking in, I had parked in the surface parking next to the hotel; the lady at the counter told me there would be a $30 parking fee which caught me by surprise; I asked the lady if she was serious, as the room cost was damn near $500 - sensing my displeasure, the lady waved the parking fee. Also, the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant was awful and blah, and the servers were quite rude. Other than thee two items, everything else was okay.
