Parking situation not acceptable. $40 dollar valet fee for parking yourself and them having to walk three blocks back. Then had to walk three blocks there in the morning to get it. I have a 1/2 ton Chevy pickup. Should not be considered oversize. Management did take off the valet fee, which I appreciate but will not be staying there again unless they change their parking situation/policy.

Just in AWE!!!!
Oh man oh man what can I say. From the very beginning it was ABSOLUTELY amazing!!!!!! I loved how friendly ALL the staff were and even loved my interaction with valet. They made it so easy to house my car and retrieve it. All friendly and full of wonderful smiles. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the building and looking at ALL the pictures filled with history. The room!!! What can I say but it exceeded my expectations all the way around. I had a wonderful view of our downtown skyline!! Loved the location and loved my walks. With this being our first time ever in such a wonderful place, Both me and my husband can’t wait to plan another stay with them!!!! I was totally in awe and couldn’t stop smiling. Thank you Hyatt House for such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful hotel. Someone had “slept” in our bed we discovered when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed around midnight. The young man at the front desk needed to bring us clean bedding. Someone had also used our shower, we knew from hair in both the bed and the shower. He was super helpful. The neighboring clubs are also very loud late into the night.

Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant upstairs and very close to downtown festivities. My only complaint is not having parking access on the grounds, we had to pay $40.00 a day for parking which is ridiculous bc the hotel is not cheap. Parking should be included in every hotel stay.
