We are a family of five that stayed here…2 adults, 2 teens, and a 9 year old. The sofa bed was awesome to have so we could sleep comfortably. Great staff. Great breakfast. Only downside was that I could hear the freight train throughout the middle of the night so I didn’t sleep well. Despite that, we would totally return.

It’s very close to the UC Davis Campus if you’re looking for something that is close enough that you can walk to school. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good and very convenient.

Great aside from minor details

Nice and clean and quiet. Breakfast sufficient but could use better fruit. Tile in my bathroom were loose because the grout was broken but otherwise a nice stay.

There were smells coming out of the toilet. The walls are thin so very easy to hear the neighbors. Breakfast items were not as good as the other Hyatt Place. A hot oatmeal was advertised in the elevator but only packaged ones were found
