Hyatt is ALWAYS worth the money
Wonderful. The staff were kind and amazing. We were close to everything we needed and hardly even had to leave our hotel for anything other than our concert because they had EVERYTHING. Clean, convenient. I always choose Hyatt.

The room was noisy: the a/c droned loudly and I could hear the occupant in the adjacent room shower and urinate. No desk -- space for one existed.

Enjoyed my stay here! The staff is so kind, welcoming & friendly. The amenities are beautiful. Salt water pool & hot tub are much kinder on my skin. The bar drinks and food were delicious. The bar staff were all amazing as well. It felt like I was on vacation in a tropical place not the middle of Sacramento. 10/10
