Very disappointed

There was hair that looks like dog hair on the bed, there was hair in the tub from previous customer. No shampoo or body wash for us to use. Stairs were next to our room so people were going up and down the stairs, more like stomping. Wasn’t a pleasant stay, don’t plan on staying there again next time we pass through

It was very quiet! I was a solo traveler…wish they had those latches on the door for a little more safety. Clean. Microwave and fridge. No coffee. Fine for a quick overnight. Could use updating but I’m glad it was clean!

Clean room, no frills. Very basic but price reflects that. Easy checkin, staff friendly. Negatives, the wall mount heater/Air con very noisy. Walls thin and recommend staying on 2nd floor due to noise from hardwood floors upstairs. TV had 4 or 5 basic channels. No pool, although photos showed otherwise. Would stay again, only if 2nd floor room available. Limited parking spaces.

I use repeat visits at Journey Inn

the office staff are always friendly and polite. the rooms are clean. The furniture are older units that could use paint touch ups. The bed and bedding have always been clean and comfortable. I would recommend visiting here. Very reasonable rates.

Good place to stay

Good price and enjoyable stay. The one thing though is the heater didn't heat up, it acted like air conditioning instead of heating.
