Our dog and our belongings got locked in the room due to a faulty electronic locking mechanism. The kid behind the counter hid in his little room and had to be summoned not once, not twice, but three times to help. His incompetence and complete lack of any idea what to do was extremely concerning and the fact the hotel nor management never followed up after was unacceptable. You get what you pay for.

Won’t be staying here again.
Room might be comfortable but the hvac unit isn’t working so we were cold. The floor laminate pieces are curling so it hurts to walk on and could cut you if you step wrong. The light to the bathroom is outside the door- wake your partner up when you go in there.

Informed the front desk that the next door is very noisy. They said that they’ll be sending a security but not sure if they have as I followed up with them upon the neighbor continuing to be loud but haven’t heard back from the front desk. It’s been over an hour and my kids are constantly woken up by the noise next door.
