Used to be good, now, not so much.
We never got to stay. We booked through Hotels.com, and the reservation never hit the hotel system. There was an email from Hotels.com to the hotel, but the hotel would not honor that. Then, the hotel said it was after 11 p.m., and they couldn't check us in any way after waiting 45 minutes for the reservation to come in officially. Have stayed here several times in the past and this hotel is going down quickly in quality. This hotel is looking very tired.

We have stayed at this facility for over 13 years. We were charged $10 to park in lot that is half empty because the restaurant that shares the lot is now closed. Not happy about paying for parking.

Good size rooms a little musty nice to have a kitchenette. Good beds backed up to a busy road so a little loud. Overall we would stay again. Would like the halls to be a bit cleaner. The room was clean need to get rid of the musty smell

Customer service was great. I came in very late and just wanted to sleep and Unfortunately the room felt extremely humid making it difficult to sleep. Pillows were uncomfortable as well. I would have calles the desk but it was so late moving rooms was not an option for me at that time
