The lady at check in was so great. She started us off perfectly. We were happy to be able to also see her at check out. We were lucky enough to get a newly remodeled room and it was beautiful. Really spacious with a giant TV. Unfortunately my daughter and her husband were not so lucky. There room was on a floor under construction and it was noisy and extremely dusty. The room itself was yucky and they had to call and have stained sheets changed. My advice, make sure you get a new room. Oh and the 9 dollar breakfasts (pay when checking in) had a lot of made to order options that were really good.

I understand they were under construction but the second day it was so loud and severe drilling the operator couldn’t hear me so I had to go to the lobby and explain the noise. They informed me first they were moving furniture and it was construction till 5 and eventually they changed my room to a different floor. The headache that afternoon was unbearable. The drilling was right over my room annd it felt like the ceiling was going to crash. I wanted to know if you knew they were doing this, why put me in that room. They then gave me a coupon for Starbucks for coffee. I should have said something the first night but thought it wouldn’t be an issue anymore. had to repack my things and move into the new room which was quiet and nice I have never had an issue with Marriott before.

Waterfalls by the pool, friendly service
My family and I had a lovely stay at the Marriott Rancho Cordova. The pool area was gorgeous with a giant natural arbor, waterfalls, pool, and spa. The pool stayed open late enough for us to swim after a wedding we had attended. Service was always friendly.

The property is being remodeled so it’s not at its best. The best part is a Starbucks on the grounds.. I stood here years ago and it was nice. It’s very dated now. I had an incident with a bug bite this time which made me very unhappy. I won’t be staying here again.
