Let hotel know we were traveling with two small dogs in advance via electronic reservation. Requested to be placed in an area of the hotel that was quiet. Very slow check in. There were two people in front of me. I waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. Let front desk staff know about dogs when checking in. I was assured it is always quiet and “we’ve only sold 22 rooms.” Noticed right away that we were put in a room that was right across the hall from two occupied rooms. Immediately smelled cigarette smoke upon entering the room. Found the source in the bathroom. The towels and shower curtain reeked of smoke. Had my husband take the towels to the front desk and advise staff of the issue. Older female staff member that checked me in took the towels from my husband and simply said, “oh.” She sniffed the towels and threw them into a hamper behind the desk. Didn’t deduce that the room was obviously not properly cleaned and offer to move us to a clean room; just gave him fresh towels. The shower curtain smelled awful when showering. It made me sick to my stomach. Didn’t complain again because, what’s the point? One of the men across the hallway ran in and out of the room all night and kept us awake. At one point, I went outside to talk to him and asked him to please be quiet. He was sitting in his car smoking marijuana. I would not stay here again. The hotel staff is not proactive in response to requests or reactive in response to issues or needs. The hotel is not quiet.

Overall id say it was a good deal for the price. The beds were very comfortable. I liked that there was a table so my daught could eat at. The room had a bit of a musty smell and i think it was frim the heater which seeemd pretty ild. I had a hard time adjusting the temperature and was rather warm thruout the night. Overall good stay, staff was nice.

The bathtub is just unbelievable chipping away. Bathroom sink has no tap part on the top & very, very filthy. Hair all over bathroom floor and in the tub. I have photos & will be requesting a refund. I was told every tub in the building is chipping and waiting to be repaired. Well they should not be allowed to rent these rooms in this condition.

The more you look the uglier it gets...
Booked this stay based off reviews for one night with three adults and a baby. The hotel looked nice from the outside and average on the inside. The more we looked the dirtier the room seemed. My baby crawled in the floor for 5 minutes while we settled and once I picked her up her clothes, feet, and hands were black the carpet was so dirty. The bathtub was peeling and water pressure was not good. The curtains did not blackout the light from outside it was very bright all night. The traffic noise was very loud. You could here doors closing all night and the people above us walking all night. You could smell very foul food cooking all night. Breakfast was okay - not many options. Check in and check out was a breeze. This was our first stay at this chain and definitely our last.
